Travel information & cancellation conditions:
The reservation is made on the basis of the General Terms of and Conditions for the Austrian Hotel Industry (AGBH) 2006 as well as the reservation and cancellation conditions and the house rules of Hotel Mitterer and must be confirmed with a deposit. The reservation is only valid upon receipt of the deposit. With your deposit you confirm that you agree with our General Terms and Conditions (etc.).
Rooms are available from 2 pm on the day of arrival and until 10 am on the day of departure.
Your hotel services start on the day of arrival at 2 pm and end with breakfast on the day of departure.
You have the option of confirming the reservation by bank transfer (with IBAN and BIC free of charge within Europe). The contractual partner (guest) bears any arising bank charges. The amount of the deposit depends on the length of stay. If you arrive late and/or leave early, the room price minus meals is charged. Withdrawal from the accommodation agreement by the contractual partner (guest) can only be done in writing – cancellation fees. The accommodation agreement can be cancelled by means of a unilateral declaration by the contractual partner at the latest 1 month before the guest’s agreed arrival date without payment of a cancellation fee (subject to a handling fee and/or any bank charges with reverse transfer of the deposit). Beyond this period, a withdrawal by means of a unilateral declaration by the contractual partner is only possible through payment of the following cancellation fees: Up to 30 days prior to commencement of travel: free of charge; 29 to 14 days: 30%; 13 to 7 days: 50%; 6 days prior to arrival: 90% No-show: 100% of the total arrangement
Cancellation of individuals: If individual fellow travellers cancel, the complete stay minus meals will be charged. If an individual fellow traveller only cancels upon arrival, this is regarded as a no-show.The fellow traveller's cancellation invoice must be settled by the contractual partner (guest) upon departure and cannot be sent later. Cancellation of individual rooms with group reservations: The contractual partner (guest) is the sole contact who made the reservation or deposit. The cancellation invoice must be settled by the contractual partner (guest) prior to departure.
Unpaid bills, arrangements and related costs for food and drinks consumed must be paid upon departure. Unfortunately, we cannot issue customer invoices. We accept the following for payment of bill: MASTER, VISA, MAESTRO EC card (with PIN code) or EURO. Please take note of any daily limits on your cards. Pre-checkout in case of early departures (prior to 7:30 am) is on the previous evening.
